• Enquiries you choose to send (via the Next Move Brief or contact form): name, email, optional website, and the content of your brief or message. Purpose: to reply to and handle your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR art. 6.1 a and f).
• Technical anti-abuse data: a one-way hash derived from your IP address, stored with an enquiry to limit spam and repeated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service.
• Calculators and unsent briefs: processed only in your browser. Nothing is stored or transmitted.

Please don't submit confidential financial figures, sensitive personal data or third-party personal data through the website.

Cookies and analytics
