Engagements & indicative prices

Four engagements, from one session to monthly support.

01

Clarity Session

SEK 2,900

fixed · ex. moms

75 minutes on one business problem, prepared in advance from what you send me. Afterwards you get a short written brief: what matters, what to set aside, and the step I would take first.

When you need a sharp outside view before committing time or money.

02

Decision Sprint

from SEK 14,900

5 to 10 working days · ex. moms

One defined question, worked through in 5 to 10 working days. Examples: should we open a fourth location, are our prices right, can we afford this hire. You get a model or plan plus a one-page decision memo.

When a decision is stuck because the facts and numbers are not in one place.

03

Build Sprint

from SEK 29,900

scope agreed in proposal · ex. moms

For questions only real users or real investors can answer. Either a scoped MVP and a working prototype people can try, or a funding narrative, deck and model. Scope and price are fixed in the proposal.

When the next question can only be answered by putting something real in front of people.

04

Operating Partner

from SEK 35,000

per month · ex. moms

Part-time operating leadership (a fractional COO). Reserved days each month, a weekly priorities meeting, monthly numbers review and named owners for each KPI. I share accountability for whether the plan actually happens.

When the plan is agreed but nobody has the time to run it week to week.

On the Operating Partner retainer. Most of the value in operational work comes from repetition, so this engagement continues after the decision is made. You get reserved monthly capacity, a fixed operating cadence (weekly priorities, monthly numbers, quarterly reset), KPIs with named owners and someone who shares accountability for execution. Scope, cadence and availability are reviewed together before we start, and the arrangement is reviewed regularly so it keeps earning its place.

All prices are indicative working starting prices in SEK excluding VAT (moms). Final terms are set in a written proposal after a scoping conversation. Whether a Clarity Session fee can be credited against a later sprint is confirmed case by case in the proposal.
